We have actually designed acrylic displays like the one you're looking for but for several types of gaming consoles with holes and openings specifically tailored to each type. Making one for your PC computer will be easy and we will make sure to create it to your specification.
To start, we would need a sketch or drawing of your custom acrylic display. For this type of product you need to include all the details such as holes for the buttons, disc tray, cables, and ventilation.
Our default material is acrylic, however you can choose lucite, plexiglass, polycarbonate, and museum quality acrylic. Since you specified wanting a light weight material, I would suggest sticking with out default acrylic.
