Hello, Angie!

Acrylic is very commonly used as a replacement for glass. It is especially ideal because it is long lasting due to it's shatter and scratch resistant nature.

We can easily cut down a sheet of acrylic to your specification. Just send your sketch or drawing of the shelve with all the appropriate measurements, including material thickness. Please also specify whether there are any details such as color (default is clear) or holes for any screws that need to be included in the replacement shelf.

If you are interested, you can also select other materials besides acrylic for your custom replaced shelf. You can choose lucite, polycarbonate, plexiglass, and museum quality acrylic (virgin cast acrylic). If you have any questions about these material, please feel free to send us an email and we will be more than happy to assist you.

We look forward to working with you!

   Thank you!
